State Schools' Relief provides free return postage for all orders within 30 days of purchase. You can also return all online orders to their retail store in Dandenong.  

Returns Policy

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS will be processed for items purchased via the School Saving Bonus.

SSR are happy to process your return for an exchange, on the conditions that: 

1. The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. If you are returning clothing and/or shoe item/s; they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unmarked.
3. Clothing item/s must also be in their original condition with all tags still attached. 
4. Shoes must be returned in their original box packaging. 
5. Swimwear without the hygiene sticker attached cannot be returned.

To request for a return, simply log in into your Shopify account to select the item/s you wish to return and follow the prompts. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an approval email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No cost to return items

There is no cost to return your item/s. Please send the item/s along with a printed copy of your return request to:
