Music Therapist

Music Therapy uses music in a purposeful and engaging way to support students’ wellbeing, communication, relationships, participation and engagement.

As a registered Music Therapist, Dylan provides individual and small-group Music Therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs and goals. Music can provide a meaningful way for students to connect, communicate, express themselves, develop skills and experience success.

Music Therapy can be incorporated alongside students’ learning and support programs, with strategies shared with teachers where appropriate to help extend the benefits into the classroom.

At MSDS, we use music to create positive opportunities for students to connect, participate and enjoy learning in ways that are meaningful to them.
